Abstract: This experiment was induced to imitating the continuous cropping obstacles with Benzoie acid and Coumarin as poisonous matters produced by the tomatos(Lycoper sion esculentum Mill.)itself.The results indicated that the positive index were increased after appling soil ecological control agents. In comparison with contrast, the plant was treated with benzoie acid 100~200μg/(mL·kg),its height reduced 0.35~2.02cm,the number of leaf decreased 1 piece, the leaf length reduced 0.11cm,leaf area reduced 29.93%~33.81%.After appling soil ecological control agents, the plant height increased 2.39~4.07cm,the number of leaf increased 1~2 pieces, the leaf length increased 3.10~3.52cm,leaf area increased 11.94%~33.81%.When the plant was treated with coumarin100μg/(mL·kg),its height reduced 1.6cm,the number of leaf decreased 1~2 piece, the leaf length reduced 0.5cm,leaf area reduced 20.9%,if the concentration of coumarin were up to 150~200μg/(mL·kg),all of the tomato seedlings died. After appling soil ecological control agents, the plant height increased 0.25~2.51cm,the number of leaf increased 1~2 pieces, the leaf length increased 2.04~3.84cm,leaf area increased 4.22%~66.61%.When the plant was treated with phenolic amixture,it showed analogy with the figures as described above. The content of MDA and Phenlanine ammonialyase activities declined remarkably in compared with control.Applying soil ecological control agents not only could relieve the inhibition of cinnamic acid on the continuous cropping tomatos, but also promoted its growth.
