Chlorophyll a Fluorescence Parameters of Flag Leaf of the Wheat and Seed Grouting under Different Water Treatments

Abstract: Effect of water stress on the chlorophyll a fluorescence parameters of fla g leaf of the wheat was s tudied with measuring result by OS-30 chlorophyl l fluorometer.The resul t indicated that the chlorophyll a fluorescence parameters of flag leaf were changed obviously under water st ress.The decrease of the time from the point Fo to the point of 1/ 2 Fv(T1/ 2), the ratio of the variable to maximal fluorescence (Fv/Fm), the rat io of the variable to minimal fluorescence (Fv/Fo), variable fluorescence quenching rate(Fv/ Fo) and Rfd(Fv/Ft ) values under water stress sugges ted the primary light energy conversion of PSò, the potential activi ties of PS ò, the potential photosynthetic activities and photosynthetic electront ransport had been inhibited.Meanwhile ef fect of grout ing rate of water st ress was discussed.
