Abstract: Capsicum annuum L.Var Grossum Bailey in the sterilized soil was inoculated with VAM fungyi-Glomus epigalum and G. mosseae separately. having been infected, they were transplated in sterilized and no sterilized soil it could be seen that the vegetative growth, reproductive growth, the absorption of nitrogen and phosphorus, leaf area, the contents of chlorophyll,Vc and soluble sugar, the intensity of net photosynthetic rate of inoculated plants surpassed those of the checking plants.Being treated in low temperature, the relative electrical conductivity of inoculated plants was lower than that of the checking plants. The results showed that VAM Fungi could increase the growth of Capsicum annuum L.Var Grossum, Bailey, shift the florescence to an early time, increase the cold resistance, prolong the growing period. It laid a foundation in improving the output and quality of Casicum annuum,L. Var Grossum, Bailey.
