Abstract: In order to analyze the regulating effect of 0,5℃ low temperature treatment on the Sedum aizoon L.with salicylic acid of different concentrations (0,0.5,1.0,2.0,4.0 mmol/L) on membrane permeability,MDA content, antioxidant enzyme activity, soluble protein, proline, chlorophyll content and chlorophyll fluorescence parameter to investigate the effects of its pretreatment on leaf physiological metabolism. The results showed that 0.5,1.0,2.0 mmol/L concentration of salicylic acid processing, salicylic acid treatment could inhibit raising relative conductivity and MDA increasing, improving SOD,POD activity in the leave of Sedum aizoon L.;Increasing soluble protein, proline, chlorophyll content, could also slow down the Fv/Fm decline under low temperature stress, slowed photo inhibition damage to plants, Sedum aizoon L.at low temperatures cold indicators had varying degrees of ease.Evaluation results expressed, salicylic acid concentration of 1.0 mmol/L was the best for 5℃ low temperature stress in Sedum aizoon L..
