Bioinformatics Analysis of Structure and Function of Envelope Protein of Japanese Encephalitis Virus Henan-09-03 Strain

Abstract: Bioinformatics of envelope protein of Japanese encephalitis virus Henan-09-03 strain was analyzed and predicted by information biology software for researching new type genetic engineering vaccine.The results showed that the molecular weight of envelope protein was 53 kDa,isoelectric point was 7.75,extinction coefficient was 66 515,instability index was 27.05,grand average of hydropathicity was-0.007.It had no signal peptide,(two transmembrane domains,twenty-seven protein modification sites,five disulfide bonds,fifteen protein binding sites.Its secondary structure was alpha-beta mixed type,and tertiary structure was homotetramer.
