ISSR Analysis of Genetic Diversity of Chinese Wolfberry Germplasm

Abstract: To know the genetic differences in DNA level among 10 Chinese wolfberry varieties,the polymorphism among the tested plants were analyzed based on ISSR molecular marker. From 100 ISSR molecular primers,eight were selected and used for genetic diversity analyisis for the 10 Chinese wolfberry accessions. Ninety clear bands were amplified,in which 44 were polymorphic,accounting for 48. 9%. At genetic distance 0. 41,the 10 Chinese wolfberry accessions could be clustered into 2 groups. Ningqi 5 and Gouqi zhangcheng had the farthest genetic distance(0. 629 6). The result provided the theoretical basis for Chinese wolfberry genetic diversity and hybridization breeding.
