Abstract: Dominant male sterile gene of flax is very important for flax breeding and using of heterosis. For better utilization of these genes,It is necessary to marker and clone and sequence these genes.Three specific DNA fragments were gained by RAPD marker with 252 arbitrary 10-mer primers to identify dominant sterile gene of 17 pair of sterile and fertile flaxes breeding from parents with the same genetic background.Clone and Sequence as well as comparison of the fragments showed that the fragments is homology to sterile gene of rice.it is then assumed that the fragments are associated with flax dominant male sterile.
