Abstract: 8-year-old Fuji apple trees taked as the the trial materials, corn stalks with Fe2+ and Fe3+ and different concentrations of iron vaccined in earthworms, when corn stalks were turn into wormcast by earthworm, explored the influence of earthworm on organic acids of the apple rhizosphere and wormcast. The major acid detected in the apple rhizosphere and the wormcast was oxalic acid, malic acid, tartaric acid, succinic acid and malonic acid, one of highest content was oxalic acid. The treatment with Fe2+and Fe3+which had lower organic acid content than that the not using iron in rhizosphere and the organic acid content with Fe3+was higher than the Fe2+ processing, the organic acid content with 5000 mg/kg concentrations of iron was the highest in wormcast.
