Abstract: In this study,SSR molecular marker technology and software Mapmaker3.0,Mapdraw2.0 and alignment QTLMaper1.6 were applied for preliminary genetic analysisof Ye 478,Qi319 and populationof F2:3 lines, and molecular genetic linkage map was constructed. The total length of the linkage map was 1638.7 cM,containing 114 markers, and the average distance between two markerswas 14.37 cM. Five QTLswerefound near the SSR markers set, whichwere localizedon chromosome 2,3,5,6,9,which could explain 36121 %,2116 %,39141 %,20167 %,30154 %of the phenotypic variation. They all demonstrated additive effects.Digenic epistasis interactions existed between some detected QTLs related to resistance to Curvularia lunata.
