Establishment and Application of the PRRS V Nest- PC R Methods

Abstract

Abstract: The PRRSV nest PCR method was established by designing two pairs of primers. Even if the cell PRRSVwas diluted for 10 000 times,the relevant gene fragment could still be amplified,and with very good repetition. But theDNA fragment was not obtained from CSFV and J EU.Then this method was used to detect the samples from different re-gions. The results showed that the nest PCR method was fit for the epidemiology investigation.
