Abstract: With Jinlu 2 as test material,a pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of treatment of sigleheavy metal(Hg2+,Cr3+,Pb2+)on the photosynthesis of mung bean in podding period. The result showed, compared withCK,the chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,chlorophyll a to chlorophyll b,net photosynthesis rate, transpiration rate, stomatalconductance and intercellular COz concentration were reduced by different degree with the the increase of concentration ofsingle treatment of Hg2+,Cr3+and Pb2+Low concentration Cr3+and Pb2+had promoter action on chlorophyll a,chloro-phyll b,transpiration rate, stomatal conductance and intercellularCO2concentration. The inhibited effect of Hg2+on thephotosynthesis of mung bean in podding period was the greatest in three heavy metal.
