Abstract: Glucosinolates(CASs) compositions and contents were analyzed in Chinese kale by foliar spray of the sigleand combined methionine (Met) and methyl jasmonate (MeJA).The aim of paper was to improve quality of Chinese kale bycultivation regulation. The results showed that Chinese kale in all treatments contained 8 glucosinolates. Met didn't changethe total and individual glucosinolate contents of Chinese kale. The total glucosinolates, indolyl glucosinolates,glucobras-skin and gucobrassicin contents were increased by MeJA and Met+MeJA significantly. The above mentioned contentsof Me7A treatment were 2. 55,16. 59,11.85 and 86.37 times respectively as compared to control(CK).Meanwhilealiphatic glucosinolates, sinigrin, glucoraphanin and gluconapin contents were decreased by MeJA and Met+MeJA signifi-candy. Compared to CK,the contents of MeJA treatment decreased by 32. 53%,29. 79%,46. 71%and 33. 31%respec-tively. The contents of Met+MeJA treatment decreased by 37.04%,37.58%,46. 44%and 39. 36%respectively ascompared to CK It showed that methyl jasmonate could change glucosinolates contents of Chinese kale significantly.
