Abstract: Field experiments researched the effects of different plant growth regulators(PGRs)on the change of assimilation and hormone in bleeding sap of soybean(Kennong 4)roots.The results showed that:SOD simulation material(SODM)significantly increased on content of the soluble protein in soybean. On the other hand,SODM application also increased the content of the free amino acid output in soybean roots,Choline chloride(Cc)and diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate(DTA-6)treatments were not significant; After spraying 5-30 d,Cc effectively reduced the content of ABA in soybean roots,SODM and DTA-6 regulators were effective to improve the content of GA and CTK in soybean roots, and the content of IAA was not.Days after spraying 20-30 d,SODM and DTA-6 had been reduced on content of ABA.
