Abstract: The SOD,CAT and APX differences between self2pollinaton materials and open2pollination materials weretested by using Brassica napus materials 03Wu29122X and 03Wu24021. The results showed that:the SOD,CAT,APX ac2tivity of the normal leaves were significantly higher than that of the self2generation;The self2pollination was harm to Bras2sica napus; It is useful to avoid strictly selfing for maintaining the excellent characteristics of conventional varieties.
