Abstract: In the field experiment, the effect of different amounts and depths of P applied and water conditions on N and P concentrations in soil during different period of winter wheat were studied. The results showed that the concentrations of NO3-_N changed with N-uptke by winter wheat in different growing period, the concentrations of NO3-_N was lower at both reviving stage and filling stage.Water situation and the rate of fertilizer_P applied had no significant effect on the concentrations of NH4+_N except for booting stage; The contents of available P had some correlation with uptake of N and P in every period of winter wheat.

Key words: Winter Wheat, NO3-_N, NH4+_N, Available P
