Review in Development and Application of Three Major Methods for Cotton Genetic Transformation

Abstract: There are three major methods that have been usually employed in cotton genetic transformation knowing as agrobacterium-mediated gene transfer, particle bombardment gene transfer and pollen tube pathway gene transfer. In this paper, their basic principles, technical characters, development and application were reviewed.
