Abstract: Several problems for attention to the bioassay of cotton root cap cell with Verticillium dahliae Kleb coarse toxin were studied. The text compared with the old way:The shaking time for collecting the root cap cell should be controlled in 1-2 min;Root cap cell in the culture chamber with darkness was taken 2-6 h;The natural red(pH=6.5,0.01% for 3~5 min) and Evans blue(0.2% for 3min) as dye stuff were used. The results indicated that with analyzing living cell of root cap treated by Verticillium dahliae Kleb toxin was a quick way in the room to identify the disease resistance of different cotton varieties.
