Screening of Barley Varieties Resource and Utilization of TrxS Gene

Abstract

Abstract: Sixty-eight barley accessions were evaluated in the ecological condition of Henan,and 31 accessions were selected as breeding resources of barley.TrxS gene was transferred into 41 accessions by hybridization and backcross.The integration and transcription of the TrxS gene were confirmed in part of barley lines by PCR and RT-PCR analysis respectively.The results provided new germ plasm for quality breeding of barley and scientific basis for molecular marker assisted breeding.
