Abstract: The relation of agronomic traits and peroxidase in 3 hybrid combination and their parents of Brassica napus L.was analyzed. The result indicated the hybrids were superior to their parents in the yield traits, such as 1000-grain weight, the number of effective pods per plant, the number of effective branch and the number of effective pods in main anthotaxy. In florescence, the activity of peroxidase in hybrids was higher than in their parents and was in highly significant correlation with plant height, the number of effective branch,1000-grain weight and the number of effective pods. The electrophoretic patterns of peroxidase in hybrids represented the complementarytraits of their parents.

Key words: Brassica napus L., Agronomic traits, Heterosis, Peroxidase
