Study on Cytochrome-oxidase and Insects Resistance of Soybean with Different Resistance

Abstract: Study on isozyme of soybean with different resistant insect indicated:resistant-insect varieties are lower than ineffective ones in generalsanning activity of the zymogram of Cytochrome-oxidase(Cyt)dureing rush time E7 band(Rf=0.39)and E10 band(Rf=0.51)in Cyt isozyme were related highly to wermiculous rate of soybean,The ineffective variety possesses such special bands as Rf0.65 Cyt.
