Abstract: The building methods of technolog ical information plat form in reducing the effect s of naturalcalamity and crop insects and diseases on ag riculture were set forth. A general picture of the technolog ical platformw as g iven and the contents of integrated data, technologies and modeling base were described respect ivelyin this paper. A connect ing way of information collection, manag ement decision and information passagew ay wasanalyzed also.
