Abstract

Abstract: Water saving agriculture has become a bottle neck of rural economic because of its slow developing. Based on the need of rural economic development, the situation of water saving agriculture, nature condition and water and soil were analyzed, the new ideas of typical mountain areas water saving agriculture development were preliminary assessment.
