Abstract: Quantitively analyzing the contribution rate of agricultural science and technology investment to selfinnovation so as to keep track of the technological input-output status more accurately, which provides the basis foran objective evaluation of the effect of investment in science and technology, offers decision-making reference forgovernmental investment in agricultural science and technology, making sure that the limited resources are investedinto areas of greatest need, making more rational agricultural science and technology investment, and more scientificinput structure. This will avoid the blindness of the technological resources investment and enhance the input efficiency of the resources of agricultural science and technology.
