A Study on Protein and Fat Contents and Characterization of Disease Resistance in Millet Varieties

Abstract: The paper analyzed the contents of protein and fat and their interrelation, diagnosed millet blast resistance in millet varieties in Henan Province. The results indicated that the contents of protein and fat in most varieties were 11.74-13.74%, 3.54-4.54%, respectively, and a high significantly correlation existed between them. Above 50% varieties showed the property of millet blast resistance.
