Abstract: Tracer experiment of exogenous sugars(glucose and sucrose),which marked with 14C,suggested that 14C could be translocated to every part of plant 2 days after their introduction .The absorption amount of exogenous 14C-glucose by cucumber was much more than that of 14C-sucrose.In the exosmosis amount of exogenous sugars in roots, glucose was greater than sucrose, which made an extremely significant influence on the amount of g lucose and sucrose in roots.
