Evaluation for Characteristics of AntiTrichinella Spiralis Monoclonal Antibody

Abstract

Abstract: The monoclonal antibodys(McAb)secreted by antitrichinella spiralis hybridomas(DEZ)which developed early in.our lab were used in this study.After it was purified,McAb was used for electrophoresis and it was found that the molecular weight of heavy chainwas 55KD,and the light chain was 29KD.It is accord with the trait of IgG.The two McAband porcine serum positive to trichinella spiralis aim at the same determining cluster,andthere are not crossing reaction between them and other parasites of porcine,relative affinityof is stronger than Da.The molecular weight of McAb affinitive purified antigen is 49KD,and the immunitive spotted dyeing test of antigen showed that it is a glucoprotein.
