Abstract:
Isolated microsporcs from three varieties of Brassica campestris ssp.chinensis: var.cammunis, var.rosularis and var.utilis, were cultured in modified NLN82 medium supplcmented with 13% (W/V) sucrose, benzyladcninc (BA) 0.05mg/L and naphthalcneaectic acid (NAA) 0.5mg/L in darkness at 33℃ for one day followed by cul-luring at 25℃ .After 2 weeks of culture, microspore-derived embryos ranging from the globulor to the colylcdonary stages were obtained in 9 out of 12 genotypes.Plantlcts were regenerated after transfer of the embryos to B5medium containing 2% sucrose without plant growth regulators.
