Abstract: In 1988-1990 field experiments of winter wheat with 3 factors 5 levels of orthogonal rotation design was carried out. The doses of N, P and organic fertilizer, which can all afffect the yield of wheat, were studied quantitatively. Based on experimental results in two years and many test sites, the simulation model of wheat yield to doses of N, P, organic fertilizer was established, and the optimal combination of fertilizing amount was obtained. By reduing the dimension and resolving the model, the responses of wheat yield to each single fertilizer element and the interaction effects between N, P, and organic fertilizer were investigated.
