Abstract: The present experiment shows that A₁ type male sterility is mutually-controlled by cytoplasmic sterile gene’S₁ and 2 pairs of nuclear recessive sterile genes ms,ms，and ms}msz，and A₁ type male sterility is mutually controlled by cytoplasmic sterile gene S₂and a Pair of nuclear recessive gene ms₁ms₁.The corresponding dominant restoring genes MS₁MS₁ and MS₂MS₂ can be inherited independently，without additive effect, Both pairs of dominant genes exercise interaction with S,，either pair can restore A₂ type cytoplasmic sterile line, But only MSZMS:gene can restore A₂type.cytoplasmic male sterile line, MS,NIS, gene in the background of A₂ types cytoplasmic inheritance has lost the dominant restoring function and become S₂'s non-interaction gene, The male sterile lines cytoplasmic-nuclear interaction is universal，and has correspondency，while the maintainer line has diversity。
