不同氮肥水平对欧洲山芥营养品质的影响

Effect of Nitrogen Level on the Nutritional Quality of Winter Cress( Barbarea vulgaris R. Br. )

摘要: 以P型及G型欧洲山芥为材料,研究了不同氮水平(0.75,1.5,3 mol/L)对植株营养品质的影响。结果表明:不同生物型及其不同器官的硫甙种类和分布不尽相同。高氮量处理显著降低了两类欧洲山芥叶片中可溶性总糖及可溶性蛋白的含量。不同浓度的氮处理对P型欧洲山芥叶片的硫甙影响不明显,但高氮量处理显著提高了其根中总硫甙、总芳香族硫甙及芳香族主组分R-2-羟基-2-苯乙基-硫甙与2-苯乙基硫甙的含量;低氮处理则对植株根中吲哚族硫甙积累有利。高氮水平明显抑制了G型欧洲山芥叶片中总硫甙、总芳香族硫甙及其主组分S-2-羟基-2-苯乙基硫甙的含量,也明显抑制了其根中总硫甙、总芳香族硫甙及其主组分S-2-羟基-2-苯乙基硫甙、总吲哚族硫甙的积累;但却促进了根中吲哚族硫甙2-苯乙基硫甙的合成。可根据生产需求有针对性地施肥。

Abstract: Effect of nitrogen treatments with three levels of nitrogen (0. 75, 1 . 5, 3 mol /L ) on the nutritionalquality of winter cress were studied. The results showed that the content of soluble sugar and soluble protein in leaves of two types of winter cress decreased significantly under the application of 3 mol /L nitrogen. The contents of glucosinolate of the leaves from P-type winter cress were not changed under the three levels application. Meanwhile, thecontent of total glucosinolates, aromatic glucosinolates and S-2-hydroxy-2-phenylethyl-glucosinolate in G-type wintercress leaves were inceased significantly under the application of 3 mol /L. The content of total glucosinolates, aromatic glucosinolates, R-2-hydroxy-2-phenylethyl-glucosinolate and 2-phenylethyl-glucosinolate in roots of P-type wintercress increased significantly under the 3 mol /L nitrogen, but the content of indol glucosinolates increased under the0. 75 mol /L nitrogen. However, the content of total glucosinolates, aromatic glucosinolates, indol glucosinolates andS-2-hydroxy-2-phenylethyl-glucosinolate in the roots of G-type winter cress decreased significantly under the 3mol /L nitrogen, but increased the content of 2-phenylethyl-glucosinolate.
