不同施肥条件下花椰菜氮肥供需平衡研究

Study on Fertilizer Nitrogen Supply and Uptake by Broccoli under Different Fertilizer Treatments

摘要: 在日光温室条件下,以花椰菜为指示蔬菜,以不同施氮处理:常规施肥(CON)、减氮施肥(LNF)减30%氮、常规+填闲(COC)、单施有机肥(OM)、空白(CK)研究花椰菜氮肥供需平衡及可持续性。结果表明,施肥使花椰菜增产2%~14%,LNF和COC对产量没有显著影响。随施氮量增加,氮肥生理利用率、表观利用率、农学效率降低,OM最佳;花椰菜氮肥表观利用率为6%~10%,90%~94%的氮肥没有被作物利用,氮肥表观平衡与施氮量呈正相关关系。花椰菜收获后0~100 cm土层硝态氮含量随施氮量增加而增加。LNF和COC种能有效减少土壤硝态氮含量。花椰菜果实硝酸盐含量随施氮量增加而增加,Vc含量降低,LNF和COC能提高花椰菜果实Vc含量并降低硝酸盐含量。氮肥减施30%和常规+填闲效果最佳并有持续性。

Abstract: An experiment had been carried out to study nitrogen uptake and balance in Cauliflower culture under greenhouse conditions. It include six treatments that conventional fertilization ( CON) , less nitrogen fertilization( LNF, reduce 30% nitrogen compare with CON) , conventional + cath ( COC) , signal organic fertilization ( OM)and blank( CK) . The research shows that using fertilization to improve the yield of cauliflower about 2% - 14% , butLNF and COC have no obvious influent on yield. With the increasing of nitrogen fertilization, the use ratio that physiology, apparent, agronomic of nitrogen fertilization are decreased, the efficiency of OM is best. Cauliflower use ratioof apparent of nitrogen fertilization is 10% - 6% . However, 90% - 94% nitrogen fertilization were not consumed bycrops, and with the increasing of amount nitrogen fertilization, N apparent balance increasing too. With the increasing of nitrogen fertilization the nitrate is increasing too, but, Vc is decrease in cauliflower. LNF and COC can improve the Vc but decrease nitrate in cauliflower. The reduce 30% Nitrogen fertilization and the conventional + catchhave best effect.
