茶树/大豆间作对茶树土壤和茶叶营养品质的影响

Effects of Tea and Soybean Intercropping on Tea-Planted Soil and Tea Nutritional Quality

摘要: 为茶园间作种植模式的优化提供科学依据,通过盆栽试验探讨茶树/大豆间作种植下茶树土壤营养成分、微生物种群组成以及茶叶品质成分的影响。结果表明:与单作茶树相比,茶树/大豆间作可以提高茶叶氨基酸、可溶性糖及咖啡碱含量,降低了茶多酚含量及酚氨比,有效改善了茶叶品质。间作茶树土壤的全氮、碱解氮、有效磷、速效钾、有机质含量和细菌、放线菌、真菌数量均高于单作茶树,改善了土壤生态质量。相关分析结果显示,茶叶的营养品质与土壤全氮、碱解氮、有效磷以及放线菌的变化之间存在密切的联系。说明茶园间作豆科植物对于茶园土壤环境具有良好的调节作用,有效改善茶叶品质。

Abstract: A pot trial was conducted to explore the effects of tea and soybean intercropping on tea nutritional quality, soil nutrients and microbial community to provide scientific basis for the optimization of tea garden intercropping system. Results showed that compared with monocropping tea, the intercropping of tea and soybean increased the contents of amino acids, soluble sugar and caffeine in tea, reduced the content of tea polyphenols and the ratio of tea polyphenols to amino acids, and effectively improved the tea quality. Also, the contents of total nitrogen, alkaline nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium, organic matter and the quantities of bacteria, fungi and actinomyces in intercropping tea soil were enhanced than monocropping treatment. Besides, the correlation analysis revealed that the tea nutrient quality was closely related to the changes of soil total nitrogen, alkaline nitrogen, available phosphorus and actinomycetes. Our findings demonstrated that tea intercropped with legume prevent a facilitation on the soil quantity and effectively improved the tea quality.
