多叶对花魔芋植株光合与产量的影响

Effects of Multi-leaf on Photosynthesis and Yield of Konjac

摘要: 为了研究多叶对花魔芋植株光合与产量的影响,以花魔芋根状茎为材料,对其产生的单叶植株与多叶植株叶片的光合与产量指标进行了测定与比较。结果表明:花魔芋根状茎植株的多叶发生率高,多为2叶植株;多叶植株的小叶数与叶面积都显著大于单叶植株;小叶的净光合速率(Pn)在不同类型植株与不同叶片间都没有显著差异,胞间CO2浓度、气孔导度与蒸腾速率在单叶植株与多叶植株第1叶间差异不显著;光系统Ⅱ的最大光合效率与非光化学猝灭以单叶植株的较高,其他叶绿素荧光参数没有显著差异;多叶植株的球茎重与膨大倍数显著大于单叶植株,球茎葡甘聚糖含量没有显著差异。由此得出,多叶主要通过增加小叶数与叶面积以提高产量,对小叶Pn与球茎的葡甘聚糖含量影响不显著。

Abstract: In order to study the effects of multi-leaf on photosynthesis and yield of konjac,the photosynthesis and yield indexes of single leaf plants and multi-leaf plants were measured and compared with the rhizomes of konjac as the materials.The results showed that the occurrence rate of multi-leaf from rhizomes was high and most of them were two-leaf plants.The lobule number and leaf area of multi-leaf plants were significantly higher than those of single leaf plants.The net photosynthetic rate(Pn) of the lobules was not significant among different types of plants and different leaves.The intercellular CO2 concentration,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate were not significantly different between the leaves of single leaf plants and the first leaves of multi-leaf plants.The maximum photosynthetic efficiency and non-photochemical quenching of photosystem Ⅱ of single leaf plants were higher,while other chlorophyll fluorescence parameters were not significantly different.The corm weight and coefficient of expansion of the multi-leaf plants were significantly higher than those of the single leaf plants,and there was no significant difference in the content of glucomannan of the corms.It was concluded that the multi-leaf mainly increased the lobule number and the leaf area to improve the yield,and had no significant effect on Pn and the content of glucomannan of the corms.
