绿豆全生育期抗旱性鉴定及形态指标研究

Analysis of Drought Resistance and Morphological Index of the Whole Growth of Mung Bean

摘要: 为了在田间育种和生产过程中,为绿豆抗旱种质资源的筛选提供可借鉴的形态,快速、便捷的筛选出具有抗旱特点的绿豆资源,通过模拟干旱条件进行全生育期抗旱性研究,分析不同绿豆品种的形态性状在干旱胁迫条件下的变化,采用相关、偏相关、通径分析等方法分析这些形态指标与抗旱指数(DRI)的关系。结果表明,相对株高、相对单株荚数、相对单荚粒数、相对荚长,相对百粒质量均可作为鉴定绿豆抗旱性的指标。共鉴定出强抗旱性种质9份,较强抗旱性种质10份,中等抗旱性种质9份,较弱抗旱性种质32份,不抗旱性种质213份。

Abstract: In the field breeding and production process,in order to quickly and conveniently screen the mung bean resources with the characteristics of drought resistance using the morphological indexes,this study used drought pool to analysis drought identification of indicators,analyzing the changes of the morphological traits,using correlation,partial correlation,path analysis to analyze the relationship between these indicators and drought index(DRI).The results showed that the relative plant height,relative pod number,relative single pod,the relative pod length,relative 100-seed weight could be used as indicators of the identification of mung bean drought resistance.The 9 resources of the strongest drought resistance,10 resources of the stronger,9 resources of medium drought resistance,32 resources of weaker drought resistance,and 213 resources of weak drought resistance were selected.
