不同植物生长调节剂对冬小麦茎秆特性和产量的影响

Effect of Different Plant Growth Regulators on the Stem Characteristics and Yield in Winter Wheat

摘要: 大田条件下研究了喷施不同植物生长调节剂对冬小麦茎秆特性和产量的影响.设置喷施175 mg/kg多效唑(SP1)、300 mg/kg矮壮素(SP2)、350 mg/kg麦巨金(SP3)、333 mg/kg劲丰(SP4)、300 mg/kg缩节胺(SP5)、333 mg/kg碧护(SP6)和清水对照7个处理,对冬小麦株高、节间长、茎粗、茎干质量、抗倒伏能力、产量及产量构成等进行了分析.结果表明,多数植物生长调节剂降低小麦株高,增强茎秆基部抗折力和抗倒伏能力,抗倒伏能力:SP3 >SP6 >SP4 >SP1 >SP5 >SP2 >CK.不同处理对小麦基部节间长的效应为:第1节 >第2节 >第3节.籽粒产量SP3 >SP5 >SP6 >SP1 >SP2 >CK >SP4,其中SP3、SP5处理与对照差异显著,较对照分别增加3.2%和2.3%.有效穗数和穗粒数受到的影响较大,千粒质量较小.2013-2014年小麦未发生倒伏的情况下,喷施多效唑、缩节胺的效果好于其他生长调节剂.

Abstract: Field experiments were conducted to study effect of spraying different plant growth regulators on the stem characteristics and yield of winter wheat.We set spraying 175 mg/kg Paclobutrazol(SP1),300 mg/kg Cycocel(SP2),350 mg/kg Maijujin(SP3),333 mg/kg Jinfeng(SP4),300 mg/kg DPC(SP5),333 mg/kg Bihu(SP6) and water control 7 treatments,the wheat plant height,internode length,stem diameter,dry weight of stem,lodging resistance,yield and yield components were analyzed.The results showed that,different plant growth regulators reduced plant height,enhanced basal stalk resistance and lodging resistance,lodging resistance:SP3 >SP6 >SP4 >SP1 >SP5 >SP2 >CK.The effect of different treatments on wheat basal internodes length:1st internode >2nd internode >3rd internode.The grain yield of winter wheat:SP3 >SP5 >SP6 >SP1 >SP2 >CK >SP4,among them SP3 and SP5 treatments remarkably increased grain yield by 3.2% and 2.3%,respectively.Different treatments had larger effect on effective spike number and grain number per spike,and smaller effect on 1000-grains weight.2013-2014 year winter wheat under the condition of no lodging place,the results of spraying with Paclobutrazol and DPC were better than other growth regulators.
