河北海滨地区主栽玉米品种海水胁迫下的生理响应

The Physiological Response of Main Cultured Maize Cultivars under Seawater Stress in Coastal Area of Hebei Province

摘要: 选用河北滨海地区主栽的10个玉米品种,利用海水进行胁迫处理。通过对海水处理下SOD、POD活性,可溶性蛋白、游离脯氨酸和丙二醛(MDA)含量及光合色素含量、光合速率的测定,比较在海水胁迫下各项生理指标的变化情况,并用隶属函数值法来探究不同玉米品种的耐盐性。结果表明:盐胁迫下光合色素和可溶性蛋白含量均在下降,光合速率也在下降;POD、SOD活性有的品种上升有的品种下降;游离脯氨酸和丙二醛含量都增加。隶属函数值评价方法对10份玉米品种的耐盐性评价结果显示:京单28、纪元1和东单16耐盐性较强;蠡玉16、郑单958、东单8、东单13和连玉16耐盐性较差;浚单20和东单60耐盐性最弱。

Abstract: 10 maize cultivars which were mainly cultivated in coastal area of province under seawater stress were studied.We investigated the SOD and POD activity,soluble protein content,free proline content,malondialdehyde(MDA)content and photosynthetic pigment content,photosynthetic rate in order to compare the changes of physiological indexes under seawater stress,and explored the salt tolerance of different maize species by membership function values.The results showed:the photosynthetic pigment content,soluble protein content and photosynthetic rate were declined;POD,SOD activity were increased in some species and were declined in other species;free proline content and malondialdehyde content were increased.Evaluation of membership function value of 10 maize species on the salt tolerance results showed:Jingdan 28,Jiyuan 1 and Dongdan 16 were the most tolerant species to salt stress;Liyu 16,Zhengdan 958,Dongdan 8,Dongdan 13 and Lianyu 16 were moderate tolerance to salt stress;Jundan 20 and Dongdan 60 were the weakest tolerance to salt stress.
