东方百合索蚌在不同栽培基质中光合特性的研究

Photosynthetic Characteristics of Oriental Lily Sorbonne in Different Media

摘要: 采用Li-6400便携式光合测定仪测定了生长在常用无土栽培基质(C)和新型泥炭替代基质(A)中百合Sor-bonne叶片的光合日变化和光响应曲线及相关叶片质量参数。栽培于这2种基质中的百合Sorbonne叶片净光合速率日变化呈现一致的单峰曲线,且峰值出现在9:00。两种基质中生长的百合叶片光响应曲线近似一致,替代基质和常用基质中叶片的光补偿点分别是12,20μmol/(m2.s);光饱和点分别为272,242μmol/(m2.s);最大净光合速率分别为5.95,5.77μmol/(m2.s);暗呼吸速率分别为0.247 4,0.537 2μmol/(m2.s),且栽培于替代基质中的叶片在光饱和点272~1 000μmol/(m2.s)范围的Pn基本稳定在Pn-max附近,说明新型基质中生长的百合Sorbonne具有较广泛的光适应性,其利用强光和弱光的能力较强,因此,使用新型泥炭替代基质种植百合Sorbonne是可行的。

Abstract: The photosynthetic Diurnal,light-response curves and the related leaf parameters of Lilium Sorbonne planted in common soilless culture medium(C) and peat alternative medium(A) were measured using a Li-6400 portable photosynthesis system.The leaf net photosynthetic rate(Pn) of Lilium Sorbonne′ grown both of the media showed a single peak curve,and the peak appeared at 9:00 am.The photosynthetic light-response curves were approximately the same in the plants grown in different substrates,while the light compensation points of plants in A and C were respectively 12 and 20 μmol/(m2·s),the light saturation points were 272 and 242 μmol/(m2·s) respectively,the Pm were 5.95,5.77 μmol/(m2·s) respectively,and dark respiration rates were 0.247 4,0.537 2 μmol/(m2·s) respectively.The Pn of plants cultivated in A in light intensity range of 272-1 000 μmol/(m2·s) kept stable around Pn-max,which indicated that the plants grown in substrate A had developed a much wider light range adaptation than those grown in substrates,and a higher capability of utilizing the high and low intensity of light.Therefore,the peat alternative medium can be used as substitute of common soilless culture medium in soilless culture of Lilium Sorbonne.
