摘要： 研究了在同一培养条件下随机抽取的72种冬小麦配组花培群体基因反应型,结果表明:不同基因型间花培反应差异很大,但一般均可诱导出愈伤组织,没有绿苗分化的组合占33％;供试配组愈伤组织诱导率(A值水平)近似正态分布;高愈伤诱导率的组合中,出现高绿苗分化率组合的机率很小,但出现高绿苗诱导率组合的机率最大,在低愈伤诱导率<5％的组合中,除个别易分化基因型外,一般很难分化出苗;愈伤诱导率在10％～20％之间时,绿茵诱导率大于1％的配组出现的机率最大。

Abstract: In this paper, the 72 randomly selected hybrid combinations' anther culture reaction types of winter wheat were studied. The results were as follows:(1)there were great differences of anther culture reaction among different genotypes,and generally all could induce callus, the geno-types of no green plantlet regeneration presented 33%; (2)the callus induction frequencies of the genotypes were nearly as normal distribution;(3) there were low frequencies of appearing the genotypes having high green plantlet differentiation in the genotypes having high frequencies of callus induction, while the frequency of appearing the genotypes having the high frequencies of green plantlet induction was the biggest. In the genotypes having low frequencies of callus induc-tion(5%),except for particular genotypes,the green plantlets regeneration was difficult; (4)the frequency of appearing the genotypes having more than 1% frequencies of green plantlet induction bettwen the frequency of callus induction 10% and 20% was the highest.
