高效低毒新型杀虫剂——杀虫磺防治水稻害虫的试验研究

摘要: 杀虫磺田间亩用量50克防治水稻二化螟、三化螟,其效果与杀虫双、杀虫单在同一水平上,残效期可维持7-14天,田间施药1-2次可控制螟害,它不仅具有内吸和触杀作用,还兼有胃毒作用.杀虫磺属神经毒剂,对螟害具有特殊的中毒症状及毒杀机制,对高等动物属低毒,无致癌、致突变作用,也不会引起畸胎的形成,根据杀虫磺的理化特性、代谢、转化等分析,它积累在环境中或食物链上的可能性不大,可以取代有机氯农药,其特殊的毒杀机制在克服害虫的抗药性方面,可能作为一个取代的新品种,是一个很有希望的杀虫剂.

Abstract: Based on the results of three years' laboratory and field experiments, it was found that Bensultap ( an analogue of nereistoxin ) is a very effective insecticide against the rice striped borer ( Chilo suppressalis ), the yellow stem borer ( Trypory/a incertulas ) and the rice leaf folder ( Chaphalocrocis medinalis ) . Its characteristics, effectiveness and the mode of action at the rate of 0.75kg ai/ha is discussed. It is a very effective and low mammalian toxic insecticide in comparison with nereistoxin in controlling rice striped borers.In view of the fact that it belongs to a new class of insecticides including Cartap, Evisect and Dimehypo, Bensultap is a promising compound for the control of rice pests that are resistant to organochlorine, organophosph,or-us, and Caroamate insecticides.
