光强对烤烟生长发育及光合特性的影响

Effects of Light Intensity on Growth and Photosynthetic Characteristics of Flue-cured Tobacco

摘要: 采用盆栽的方法,研究了移栽后40 d时不同光强对烤烟植株生长、叶绿素含量、光合及叶绿素荧光参数的影响。结果表明,弱光处理增加了植株高度、叶的长宽比、叶绿素含量,但茎围变小,叶数变少,节间变长,叶绿素a/b变小。净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、随光强的减弱而降低。叶绿素荧光参数Fv/Fm,¢PSⅡ,光化学淬灭系数(qP),随光强的减弱而升高,而非光化学淬灭系数(qN)降低。

Abstract: The pot experiment was used to study the effects of different light intensity on the growth, chlorophyl content, photosynthetic and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of flue-cured tobacco after 40 days of transplanting. The results indicated that low light density increased the plant height, ratio of length to breadth of leaf, chlorophyl content and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters such as Fv/Fm, ¢PSⅡ, qP and qN, but decreased the stem girth, leaf number, chl a/b, net photosynthesis rate (Pn) and stomatal conductance (Gs). Shading would increase the photochemical efficiency of PSⅡ and reduce the photoinhibition.
