不同占空比脉冲光对生菜生长与光合荧光特性的影响

Effects of Pulsed Light with Different Duty Ratio on Growth and Photosynthetic Fluorescence Characteristics of Lettuce

摘要: 为了探究脉冲光的占空比对园艺作物生长及光合作用的影响,以玻璃生菜为研究对象,在瞬时光强为200 μmol/(m2·s)、频率为128 Hz的条件下,测定了脉冲光不同占空比(20%,40%,60%,80%,100%)处理的生菜叶绿素含量、光合参数、生物量、光能利用率和叶绿素荧光参数。结果表明:60%,80%占空比处理下生菜的叶绿素含量、地下部鲜质量、地上部干质量、地下部干质量、PSⅡ的实际光化学量子效率Y(Ⅱ)和光合电子传递速率ETR与连续光(100%占空比)处理无显著差异,80%占空比处理的PSⅡ有效光化学量子效率Fv'/Fm'比连续光高出了6.44%,非光化学淬灭NPQ、调节性能量耗散的光量子效率Y(NPQ)分别比连续光降低了37.08%,33.86%。20%占空比处理的光能利用率虽然显著高于连续光,但叶绿素含量、生物量、净光合速率、Y(Ⅱ)等参数显著低于连续光处理,不利于生菜的正常生长。综合看来,频率为128 Hz的LED脉冲光均能节省电能,高占空比不仅在省电的前提下达到连续光基本相同的补光效果,而且更有利于促进PSⅡ光合电子传递,提高作物光合作用的潜能,为研发高效节能的LED植物补光灯提供了理论基础。

Abstract: To explore pulsed light duty ratio on the horticultural crop growth and photosynthesis,glass lettuce as the research object,the instantaneous intensity of 200 μmol/(m2·s),frequency of 128 Hz conditions,we measured the pulsed light different duty ratio(20%,40%,60%,80%,100%) processing of lettuce chlorophyll content,photosynthetic parameters,biomass,light energy utilization rate and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters.The results showed that under 60%,80% duty ratio processing lettuce chlorophyll content,fresh weight of root,dry weight of shoot,dry weight of root,actual photochemical quantum efficiency of PSⅡ Y(Ⅱ),photosynthetic electron transport rate ETR and continuous light(100% duty ratio) were not significant difference,80% duty ratio process of quantum efficiency of PSⅡ photochemistry effectively Fv'/Fm' was 6.44% higher than the continuous light,non photocheical quenching NPQ,regulatory light quantum efficiency of energy dissipation Y(NPQ) than continuous light was reduced by 37.08%,33.86% respectively.Although the light energy utilization under 20% duty ratio treatment was significantly higher than that under continuous light treatment,the chlorophyll content,biomass,net photosynthetic rate,Y(Ⅱ) and other parameters were significantly lower than that under continuous light treatment,which was not conducive to the normal growth of lettuce.In general,LED pulsed light with frequency of 128 Hz could save electric energy. High duty ratio not only achieved the same effect of continuous light on the premise of power saving,but also was more conducive to promoting PSⅡ photosynthetic electron transfer and improving the potential of photosynthesis of crops,providing a theoretical basis for the development of efficient and energy-saving LED plant supplementary light.
