Physioecological Characteristics of Tree Peony under Different Soil Water Conditions

摘要: 以盆栽牡丹朱砂垒为试材,研究了5种土壤相对含水量对牡丹叶片生理特性的影响。结果表明,随着土壤干旱胁迫程度的增加,叶片相对水分亏缺(RWD)加大;总叶绿素、叶绿素a、叶绿素b含量下降,类胡萝卜素含量在土壤相对含水量85%到55%间,含量略有增加,后逐渐下降;H2O2、丙二醛(MDA)、脯氨酸、可溶性糖含量、O-2产生速率都明显增加;SOD酶活性降低;POD酶活性则增加。

Abstract: With potted Paeonia suffruticosa Andr. cv. Zhu shalei as material, the effect of soil water on the physioecological characters of paeoy leaves under five drought stress developing. The results showed that with the soil water stress increasing, the relative water deficit (RWD) raised, content of chlorophyll, chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b decreased, and content of carotenoids raised less from 85% to 55%, and it decreased obviously from 55% to 20%. The content of O-2, MDA, Proline, soluble sugar and O-2 production rate in leaves increased obviously; At same time, the activity of SOD decreased, and POD increased.
