硒肥对小麦花后旗叶生理特性和子粒含硒量及产量的影响

摘要: 采用大田试验,研究了叶面喷施硒肥对小麦花后旗叶中SOD活性、MDA含量、子粒含硒量以及产量的影响。结果表明:在灌浆初期或中期喷施硒肥,均明显提高了小麦旗叶中SOD活性,降低了MDA含量;同时提高了小麦子粒中的硒含量,并在一定程度上提高了小麦产量。利用小麦叶片喷施硒肥的方法生产富硒小麦通过食物链给人和动物安全补硒是一条安全可靠的新途径。

Abstract: The effects of selenium fertilization,sprayed on leaves,on SOD enzyme activity and MDA content of wheat flag leaf and grain selenium content and yield after anthesis of wheat were studied in field experiment.The results showed that,when spraying liquid selenium fertilization in early or middle stages of grain filling,the SOD enzyme activity and selenium content of grain were significantly increased,but MDA content was decreased.The grain yield of wheat was increased to a certain extent.
