摘要: 试验结果表明,在营养液中添加适量的有机酸和氨基酸促进了烟株的生长发育和氮代谢。表现在:提高烟株的根系活力和叶绿体色素含量,促进烟株干物质和氮素的积累,不同氨基酸和有机酸作用大小不尽相同。有机酸处理烤烟叶绿体色素前期增加快后期下降也快,而氨基酸处理后期叶绿体色素变化则相对比较缓和;在促进烟株干物质积累和氮素积累方面,有机酸作用高于氨基酸,而对硝酸还原酶活性和氮含量的影响却低于氨基酸。从整体上看,有机酸对促进烟株生长和氮素积累的效果好于氨基酸。

Abstract: Adding the right amount of organic acids or amino acids to the nourishment liquid, it promoted the flue-cured tobacco growth and nitrogen storing up. It showed: Increasing the root activity and the chloro- phyll amount, promoting accumulation of the dry matter and nitrogen. The effects of different kinds of organic acids or amino acids were not same. The chlorophyll amount of the organic acids treatments increased quickly on the preceding stage and reduced fast in the later part, while the chlorophyll amount of the amino acids treat- ments changed gradually, compared with the organic acid treatments. What-s more, the organic acids promoted the flue-cured tobacco growth and nitrogen storing up much more than the amino acid did, though the activity of nitrate reductase and nitrogen amount were lower. In a word, the effects of the organic acids on the flue-cured tobacco growth and nitrogen storing up were better than that of the amino acid.
