低温胁迫下冬小麦拔节期生化反应及抗性分析

Biochemical Reaction and Resistance Analysis of Jointing Stage of Winter Wheat Under Low Temperature Stress

摘要: 研究了0~2℃的低温胁迫条件下小麦拔节期叶片和根中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,丙二醛(MDA)、脯氨酸(Pro)、可溶性糖(WSS)含量的变化,通过隶属函数综合评价,发现叶、根中各生化指标有一定差异,但变化趋势相似.同时用上述指标相对变化百分数的隶属函数值进行了综合分析,参试品种的抗冷性被分为强、中、弱3类。

Abstract: The activity of SOD and the contents of malondialdehyde,water soluble sugar and proline in leaves and roots of wheat during jointing stage at low temparature stress of 0~2℃ were analysed.It was found through comprehensive evaluation of subordinate function that there were differences among the 4 kinds of physiological biochemical indices mentioned above,but their change tendencies were the same.The cold resistances of the experimental varieties of wheat were divided into 3 types strength,medium and weakness.
