摘要: 利用DNA指纹分析技术,分析了同母异父5个杂交组合分别与其父母本之间的遗传距离,结果发现,每个杂交组合与其相应的父本之间的遗传距离最小,所有组合完全一一对应。因此,可以通过计算遗传距离来进行玉米亲子鉴定,只需计算出玉米杂交种与所有可能父本自交系之间的遗传距离,与其遗传距离最小的自交系就是该杂交种的真正父本。

Abstract: Genetic distance between 5 maize hybrids (crossed with the same female, but different male parents) and their parents were studied by using DNA fingerprint. The result showed that the genetic distance between each hybrid and its real male parent was the minimum one among all the male parents. It is a very useful method to identify the real male parent of maize hybrids by calculating the genetic distance between the hybrid and its all possible male parents.
