亚种间杂交稻子粒充实度的遗传分析

摘要: 以5个粳型不育系和5个广亲和品种为亲本,按p×q交配模式配制25个亚种间杂交稻组合,进行了子粒充实度的遗传分析。结果表明:子粒充实度差具有全穗性,充实度以穗的上位、中位和下位依次递减;子粒充实度的变异主要是由遗传因素引起的,其广义遗传力在0.82以上,以加性效应为主;子粒充实度与其他性状之间存在着一定的相关关系。通径分析表明,饱粒数、千粒重、结实率和受精粒数对子粒充实度有较大的影响。

Abstract: The grain plumpness was genetically analyzed on 25 intersubspecifichybrid rice combinations from 5 japonica sterile lines each crossed with 5 wide-compatible varieties. It was found that the grain plumpness was better on upper spikelet but worse on lower spikelet for a given panicle. The grain plumpness was genetically controlled with major additive effect, and the inheritance ability was over 0.82. Path-analysis further revealed that this grain plumpness was also influenced by other factors, mainly plump grains, 1000-grain weight, seed-setting ratio and fertilized grains.
