同源四倍体高粱与约翰逊草种间杂种优势利用研究

Heterosis Utilization of Interspecific Hybrids Between Autotetraploid Sorghum and Johnsongrass

摘要: 采用6个同源四倍体高粱品系及其与约翰逊草的种间杂种为材料,分析了种间杂种的生物学特征、饲用价值、杂优表现及其稳定性。发现杂种F1在生物产量上表现了巨大优势(70.0%~90.0%),F1~F3在生物产量上优势相对固定,比双亲有显著提高,杂种低世代用做饲草是可行的。

关键词: 同源四倍体高粱, 种间杂交, 杂种优势

Abstract: Interspecifichybrids between autotetraploid Sorghum (S.bicolor L. Moench) and Johnsongrass (S.halepense L. Pers) were produced. The morphological characteristics,heterosis and the forage value of interspecifichybrid were performed. The results showed thathybrids exhibited greatheterosis on growth potential and biomass (70.0%~90.0%). No evident differences were observed from F1 to F3hybrid withhigh biomass compared to parents, and the low generationhadhigh forage quality.
