摘要: 以MS培养基为基础,探讨了培养基中的有机营养成分(除蔗糖外)及光照在试管苗快繁中的作用。结果表明,缺乏有机营养成分(除蔗糖外)对试管苗生长无显着影响。光照不仅影响试管苗的器官建成,也影响试管苗的生长,光照时数以不低于16h/d为宜。

Abstract: Based on the MS Medium, the effect of organic compositions (except sugar) and illumination hours on the micropropagation was studied. The results showed that lacking for organic compositions (except sugar) had no significant influence to the growth of the plantlets, and illumination hours affected not only the organ formation but also the growth of the tube plantlets. It was better not to below 16 h/d.
