肥料添加剂对甘薯冠层光谱和叶绿素荧光参数特征的影响

Effects of Fertilizer Additives on Spectrum Characteristics and the Chlorophyll Fluorescence Parameters in Sweet Potato

摘要: 为了提高肥料利用率,促进作物生长。以甘薯为研究对象,以常规施肥(CK)为对照,并在常规施肥基础上设计添加聚氨酸添加剂(T1)、聚氨酸添加剂+抑制剂(T2)和聚氨酸添加剂+抑制剂+菌肥(T3)的处理,研究肥料添加剂对甘薯光谱特征、叶绿素荧光参数和光合参数特征的影响。结果表明:甘薯冠层光谱在550 nm波段的平均反射率大小为:CK > T2 > T1 > T3,在近红外波段(760~950 nm)内的平均反射率大小为:T2 > T1 > CK > T3;与常规施肥(CK)相比,肥料添加剂处理下的甘薯植被指数光化学植被指数(PRI)、结构不敏感色素指数(SIPI)和简单比例植被指数(SRVI)分别上升,红边归一化植被指数(NDVI705)和差值植被指数(DVI)分别下降。肥料添加剂处理使甘薯叶绿素荧光参数Fo、Fo/Fm、DIo/RC值下降,Fv/Fm、Fv/Fo、TRo/RC、ETo/RC、φEo、φPo、Ψo和PI abs值上升,其中常规施肥+聚氨酸添加剂(T1)处理下的PSⅡ的光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、PSⅡ的光合电子传递效率(Fv/Fo)和以吸收光能为基础的性能指数(PI abs)最高,分别比常规处理上升了1.20%,5.75%和13.71%。肥料添加剂处理使甘薯光合参数胞间CO2浓度(Ci)、净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔导度(Gs)分别上升,其中添加聚氨酸添加剂(T1)处理下的胞间CO2浓度(Ci)和蒸腾速率(Tr)最高,比常规施肥(CK)增加了63.08%和37.27%,聚氨酸添加剂+抑制剂(T2)处理的净光合速率(Pn)和气孔导度(Gs)最高,比常规施肥(CK)增加了39.27%和202.36%。

Abstract: In order to increase the utilization rate of fertilizer and promote the growth of crops,this paper studied the effect of fertilizer additives on spectrum characteristics and the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters in sweet potato. The research was designed four treatments:conventional fertilization(CK),based on conventional fertilization, poly amino acid additive(T1), poly amino acid additive+inhibitor(T2),poly amino acid additive+inhibitor +bacterial manure(T3).The results showed that:the average reflectance of canopy spectra at 550 nm band was the order:CK > T2 > T1 > T3,and the average reflectance at near infrared wavelengths (760-950 nm) was the order:T2 > T1 > CK > T3.Compared with the conventional fertilization, Photochemical Reflectance Index (PRI), Structure Insensitive Pigment Index (SIPI) and Simple Ratio Vegetation Index(SRVI) under fertilizer additives increased, Red Edge Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI705) and Difference Vegetation Index(DVI) under fertilizer additives decreased respectively. Under fertilizer additives,the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters Fo, Fo/Fm, DIo/RC decreased,the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters Fv/Fm, Fv/Fo, TRo/RC, ETo/RC,from φEo,φPo,Ψo and PI abs increased.Compared with the conventional,the Fv/Fm, Fv/Fo and PI abs under the treatment of T1 were the highest,which increased by 1.20%,5.75% and 13.71% respectively; Under fertilizer additives,photosynthetic parameters of Ci,Pn,Tr,Gs increased.Compared with the conventional,the Ci and Tr under the treatment of T1 were the highest,which increased by 63.08% and 37.27%. Compared with the conventional,the Pn and Gs under the treatment of T2 were the highest,which increased by 39.27% and 202.36%,respectively.
